Pots and pans are flying around in SmoodS, with the new food concept "Crazy Casseroles".
After going wild during game season last winter, we are now offering a menu served in different pots with unique combinations. You can experience combinations like a nutty Risotto with oriental merguez ragout and Parmesan espuma. Main courses like a slowly-cooked lamb with prunes, roast figs, dried fruits and SmoodS Flemish beef stew (with pear and Speculoos). Or what about this dessert: a tiramisu with Kahlúa.
SmoodS is the restaurant and bar at Hotel BLOOM! A casual hang out, with different atmospheric islands, that feels like a living room. Because of the open kitchen, you are able to watch the chef going crazy! Crazy in a good way, don't worry. And that's not all, every Friday- and Saturday night you can enjoy disco and house music from some of Brussels's best DJ's, for free!
